What does "Premme" mean? How is it pronounced?
We made it up! We wanted a name that spoke a bit to our promise and vision for the brand - to offer a premium experience, to be the first of its kind, and that spoke to our feminine and feminist sensibilities. Premiere + femme = PREMME! PS - Premme rhymes with "femme."

How do I know what size to order?
We have a size chart here. Each product page also has a size guide section where we give notes and guidance on each particular style's fit - whether or not it has stretch, what sizes our models are wearing, and if we recommend sizing up or down. Obviously, all brands run differently, so we suggest busting out that tape measure to get the most accurate read.
What is your return policy?
Please read all the fine details on our return policy here. We have a 30-day window for returns for unworn merchandise with tags still attached. At the moment, because our stock is limited, returns within that window will get a full refund. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions about your return.

We are SO excited to see all of you babes in our clothes, and we're always on the lookout for new talent. We found our current batch of models through, where else? Instagram! I own a boutique. Can I place a wholesale order?
We have so many plans and ideas on how we'd like to grow in the coming years, and wholesaling is definitely in our future. At the moment, however, we're not taking on wholesale orders. We'll let you know when we do!

Is there anything I should know about international orders?
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
